Very pleased with my service appointment at Campbell?s. They found the problem that I had been to my regular garage three times to investigate. They fit me in even though the were so busy and booked three weeks ahead. I only waited a week. Amazing! Also super impressed with the roadside service program that you recieve for a year following your appointment. What a nice bonus! Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful explaining everything that was done to my car and why. As a single woman going to a garage can be daunting although I do know a fair bit more about cars other than where the gas goes. I didn?t feel patronized. Very professional. I would recommend this service to everyone. |

the service technician (Kyle) was prompt to look at my problem when I arrived. He diagnosed the misfiring and said he needed to do a more thorough look. Iwas driven home and by noon I had my car back.all fixed and ready to roll. I call that service !!! |

I've recently returned to the county from away and brought with me a 2013 VW Golf that I know very well, unfortunately there is no VW dealership/service centre where I live. Campbell's service was recommended by a trusted friend and a licensed mechanic. I was not disappointed. I was provided a shuttle service (and a good chat) to and from my place of work and my car was protected with plastic coverings on main contact points (seats, steering wheel, gear shift) when I picked it up.. My service appointment was for a required in NS, Motor-Vehicle-Inspection (MVI) aka, safety inspection. There was a on one chat with the mechanic who performed the inspection and he was very thorough in his assessment of my car and had suggestions on things to watch for, i.e. my somewhat eaten LR rotor. What I'm saying here is, I wasn't sold or pitched anything I didn't need or didn't know about. To me that is very reassuring. They even checked my oil which I understand is not required for an MVI, but thanks for that. Oh, yeah, I was very impressed with how busy yet tidy and clean the actual service bays were, very nice to see. |
